With their vast knowledge and years of teaching experience, they are consistently striving to provide fun, innovative class programs that will help our members achieve their health and fitness-related goals.

NEW to our fitness schedule in 2010 is BODYCOMBATTMBODYCOMBATTM is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.  This class is supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
